Approve the Glynn County 2026 LMIG suggested list of roads for the Georgia Department of Transportation 2026 LMIG project with funding to be provided by SPLOST 2022 and the GDOT 2026 LMIG funding. Authorize the Glynn County Commission Chairman to sign the 2026 LMIG application on behalf of Glynn County and authorize staff to go out to bid for the proposed work once the application has been approved by GDOT.

Award a contract to Robert and Company for the Brunswick Area Transportation Study (BATS) Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Trails Plan in the amount of $315,950 with $252,760 of funding provided by the FY26 BATS Supplemental PL Grant, $51,184 provided by the SPLOST 2022 Fund, $11,374 provided by the City of Brunswick, and $632 provided by the Jekyll Island Authority, and amend the budgets as appropriate.

On January 12, 2026, support documentation was updated to include the Deed of Conservation Area Easement. Staff’s recommended motion was also updated to add “approve and accept a performance bond from Westfield Insurance Company in the amount of $146,500.00, with the required improvements to be completed within 12 months from the date of issuance; and approve and accept a permanent conservation easement over the conservation areas in the subdivision,” to the recommended motion.
